Can I make a change to my order?

We do our best to process and ship orders quickly. Once the order is placed, unfortunately we cannot make any changes.

I made a mistake in my shipping address, can I change it?

Please send an email to service@btysunjewelry.com with subject: "Wrong Shipping Address" along with the correct address as soon as you can in order to make a change. Most of the orders will be processed and shipped within 2 hours after you place the order, so it's important for us to make any changes as soon as possible. 

Do I need a PayPal account to purchase from this store?

No. PayPal will process payments even if you don't have an account.

Holiday Return Policy

We are happy to provide extended return policy for orders placed between November 1st and December 31st. If you are not completely satisfied with your holiday purchase for any reason, please email us at  service@btysunjewelry.com to arrange a return or exchange. Returns and exchanges on holiday orders are accepted until January 31st.

Return shipping costs are responsibility of the customer. You will receive a full refund on your returned item once it is received.
