Free Shipping (USPS First Class): 3-4 days for orders shipping to West Coast, 5-7 days for orders shipping to East Coast. This option offers Saturday delivery to most locations.
Priority Shipping (USPS Priority): 3-4 days. This option offers Saturday delivery to most locations.
Express (FedEx 2nd Day): 2 business days. If you order on Monday before 12 pm PST, expect to receive it on Wednesday or Thursday. This option delivers on weekdays (Monday-Friday) only. If you order on Friday and choose Express shipping, the package will arrive the following Wednesday.
UPS Ground (wholesale orders only): 5-6 business days. This option delivers on weekdays (Monday-Friday) only.
Orders placed on weekends will ship on Monday. Please email us at service@btysunjewelry.com if you have any questions.
We are happy to provide an extended return policy for orders placed between November 1st and December 31st. If you are not completely satisfied with your holiday purchase for any reason, please email us at service@btysunjewelry.com to arrange a return or exchange.
Return shipping costs are responsibility of the customer. You will receive a full refund on your returned item once it is received.
If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please send an email to arrange service@btysunjewelry.com return to us. We will send you a return form and return shipping address.
Accept returns within 30 days of purchase. We do not accept returns for sale of merchandise, discontinued merchandise or custom merchandise. These items are final sales.
Please note that the return shipping fee is the customer's responsibility. Items must be returned intact, otherwise there will be no refunds, no refunds or store credits.
